Here at Nann & Co Boutique, our biggest goal is to make sure our loyal customers are happy with their purchases. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything in our power to try and make it better!
Rules of Returns/ Refunds:
- Items can be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY. We cannot issue refunds.
- Return shipping will be CUSTOMERS responsibility if items are returned.
- All returns must be received within 30 days* of the original ship date.
- Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- Cosmetics, Bath/Body Products, and Perfume are not eligible for return or credit.
- Returned items must remain un-opened, un-washed and unworn.
- Original shipping cost is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
To complete a return:

- Once the form is filled out and submitted please package the item/items carefully in protective shipping material (ex: bubble mailer) and return to:
